This site belongs exclusively and primarily to the company EUROLAMP A.B.E.E.
This Agreement covers exclusively any sale of products through the website lightborn.gr. Any deviations from this Agreement must be confirmed by EUROLAMP A.B.E.E.. Any other Terms and Conditions are expressly excluded. Each user who enters and uses the services of the online store is deemed to consent to and unconditionally accept the terms set forth herein, without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, he must refrain from using the online store and from any transaction with it.

Sending your order implies acceptance of this Agreement and all of its terms.

1. Customer Obligations
Customers are responsible for the selection of the Product and its suitability for their purposes.

2. Orders
Orders must be received in writing via the internet by completing and sending the relevant Order Form available on the website lightborn.gr and refer only to wholesale customers. Your order is considered received by EUROLAMP S.A. from the moment you receive relevant order status information. Order status updates are displayed on the user’s screen and are sent by e-mail to the contact email address registered by the user. During the processing of each registered order, the stock availability of the products you ordered is also confirmed. In case the availability or delivery time differs from that indicated on the product page, you will receive relevant telephone information. The listed prices of the various products displayed on the website pages do not include the legal VAT. The final price including VAT will be indicated at the final stage of your order.
The prices of the online store may change at any time without notice. The various product offers are valid until stocks run out. In case of low/limited availability of a product that has been put on offer, EUROLAMP A.B.E.E. reserves the reasonable right to execute the relevant orders based on the order’s time sequence.
EUROLAMP A.B.E.E. strives to provide you with high quality services on a daily basis and in good faith, is not responsible and is not bound by any errors in the characteristics, photos and prices of products listed on the lightborn.gr website and cannot guarantee that there will be no errors for any reason during the entry and/or updating of the characteristics and/or price of a product.
In good faith and for your own protection, if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, before proceeding with your order, please contact the Customer Service Department at +302310 574802 or by sending an e-mail to info@eurolamp. gr.

3. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours by calling +302310 574802 or by email to
info@eurolamp.gr. Depending on the stage of development of your order, we will inform you of the options you have.

4. Order Delivery
The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory to the place you have indicated in the Order form either with the cooperating transport companies or within the Prefecture of Thessaloniki with our company’s drivers. Delivery time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). For unavailable products, you will be informed by our company by phone or via the email you have registered.

5. Warranty
EUROLAMP A.B.E.E. does not provide a warranty or guarantee protection for the suitability of the product sold for any specific purpose.

6. Force Majeure
EUROLAMP A.B.E.E. is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to the fault of EUROLAMP A.B.E.E.or are due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of time for execution. Indicative examples may be strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts and natural disasters.

7. Product Returns – Consumer Rights
You have the right to return the products you purchased, informing us of the reason for which you wish to return the products, within a period of 45 calendar days from the date of invoice. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products. For your wish to return the products you purchased from our online store, you must notify us in writing at info@eurolamp.gr. with the subject “Product Return Request” indicating the date/number of the purchase receipt as well as the reason for the return within the above deadline. Provided that you receive written return approval from EUROLAMP A. B. E. E.., the address to which the products to be returned must be sent is: Simmachiki, Oreokastro 570 13, Thessaloniki, Greece.
To avoid any inconvenience to you, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, etc.). The provisions of the Civil Code apply to the treatment of defects or deficiencies of agreed properties in the items sold. For a property to be considered agreed, it must be certified as such in writing by both parties.
In the event of a return of the products and depending on the method you chose to pay for your order and the method of their return, the issuance of your credit invoice will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.
This Agreement does not affect any consumer rights provided by law.

8. Modification of the terms of this
EUROLAMP A.B.E.E. reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The modification or renewal will be effective from the moment this text is updated for any change.
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, the remaining Agreement will continue to be valid
EUROLAMP A.B.E.E. may enter into an agreement to assign its obligations to a suitable third party. Otherwise, neither party will be entitled to assign or transfer its rights or obligations. All notifications must be made in writing (by hand, by e-mail, fax or letter via first class mail, which will be deemed delivered 48 hours after posting).

9. Governing Law – Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by European and Greek Law, in particular the legislation regulating issues relating to electronic commerce, distance selling and consumer protection, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.
